Overview

Sales CRM (Niro CRM) is a custom sales operations platform we designed and built from the ground up. Instead of bending a sales team around a generic tool, we mapped how leads actually enter the business, how they move through the pipeline, how work is split between agents, and how managers need to see performance — then built the software around that reality. The result is a multi-tenant CRM that handles the full sales lifecycle: lead intake, automated distribution to the right agents, a fast pipeline workspace, task and follow-up workflows, role-based teams, commission tracking, deep analytics, and AI assistance where it removes manual work.

Built After Understanding the Sales Process

Custom CRM work starts with analysis. We mapped lead sources, pipeline stages, handoffs between agents and qualifiers, manager visibility, follow-up routines, and the existing tools the team was juggling. Only then did we design the system: a configurable pipeline, a fast lead workspace with custom fields and filters, role-based access, automations, and reporting that answers the questions owners actually ask.

AI is applied where it earns its place: enrichment, summarization, routing, and reporting support that cut manual admin instead of adding another tool.

Visibility for Owners and Managers

Every action in the pipeline rolls up into reporting. Managers see leads received, worked, and converted, conversion rate, total deal value, commissions, and profit — for the whole team or a single agent, over any date range. Commission is tracked automatically as deals progress, so payouts, performance reviews, and forecasting run on one reliable source of truth instead of exported spreadsheets.
