Paid campaigns generate worker applications — Recruitemy is where every one of those applicants is captured, qualified, and tracked, from first contact through interviews and contracts to final placement. Instead of judging recruitment by impressions or clicks, the team works from a single source of truth: a configurable candidate pipeline, full applicant profiles, client contracts and headcount, a skills catalogue, and reporting that connects campaign spend to real, useful applications.
