The Challenge
With over a decade of experience, Evroproces faced a dual challenge in a competitive market:
efficiently sourcing reliable manpower from the Ex-Yugoslavia region and simultaneously
finding business partners (B2B) across the EU to place these workers.
They needed a digital ecosystem that could speak to both audiences effectively—building trust
with workers while demonstrating professionalism to corporate partners.

Our Approach
We developed a dual-funnel strategy. First, we built a modern, responsive website that serves
as a central hub for both job seekers and B2B partners.
Then, we launched targeted social media and marketing campaigns. For B2C (workers), we focused
on opportunities and stability. For B2B (partners), we highlighted reliability and vetting processes.
This segmented approach allowed us to scale lead generation rapidly while keeping costs low.
